Effects of 5 to 6 Personal Year Number Change

When a personal year number change from 5 to 6 is imminent, an energy change from expression of personal freedom to attention on home and responsibility is about to occur.

These are tendencies, changes likely to happen.

Free will and life situations can prevent them from manifesting. But the energies are still there.

The person is transitioning from a year of expressing personal freedom, following interests as they occur, investigating this and that, and in general embracing changes and new points of view.

The person is transitioning to a year of focus on home and family, of creating and maintaining harmony, and assuming responsibility for the welfare of the family and close friends.

The personal year energy change generally becomes noticeable during November or early December, although it can be noticed as early as late October. The full transition is complete by early January.

The energies represented by the number 5 and the number 6 aren't compatible, but also not in full dissonance. They can and do overlap, but not by very much.

Here are examples of overlap:

• The 5 can focus on home and family (the realm of 6), but tends to become reluctant to continue and likely to change focus if the home and family responsibility is perceived to become mandatory.

• The 6 can be comfortable with expression of a sense of personal freedom (the realm of 5) so long as it doesn't distract from its sense of responsibility.

The personal year 5 change to personal year 6 can be disorienting. Now that you know what to expect, you can be ready for it — so it is less noteworthy, with less personal impact or disruption.

If the current pinnacle cycle number or the current life period cycle number is the number 5 or the number 6, the transition tends to be smoother. Their resonance will remain present, making the personal year energy change less pronounced. A life path number 5 or 6 tends to smooth the transition even more.

When two of those, or all three, are the number 5 or 6, the transition may be noticeable but not deemed to be remarkable.

Daiy Jane Fictive was born on June 8, 1963. Her life path number is 6. Thus, she is less likely to notice any dramatic changes during a personal year 5 to 6 change than she otherwise would.

During her first 30 years of life, her pinnacle number was the number 5 and her life period number was the number 6. Because her life path number is also the number 6, the 5 to 6 personal year transitions in January 1972, 1981, and 1990 were unlikely to be noticed as anything of consequence.

Let's compare Daiy's experience with those of her husband.

Dusky John Alvin Fictive was born on February 11, 1962. His life path number is the master number 22.

None of his life period numbers are 5 or 6. And only one pinnacle number qualifies, the number 6 during his third pinnacle cycle.

Only during the January 2009 personal year 5 to 6 transition did Dusky have numbers that reduced the resonance change of the 5 energy transition to the 6 energy.

The personal year change from 5 to 6 may be quite noticeable and disorienting. Or, it may be hardly noticed at all. Much depends on other birthdate-related numbers.
