Thus, the person can be informed it is highly likely that in a year they will be able to begin making better headway with their goals. That is good news for the person.

Of course, the person will need to do the actions to accomplish their goals. If they sit back and assume that somehow the prediction will automatically manifest their goals for them, then they will waste the 27 years of opportunity.
